Kyle is a mediator on the Alberta Court of Justice Civil Claims Mediation Roster, with insurance defence litigation and in-house claims experience behind him. He practiced at a national firm before becoming a claims counsel at a legal professional liability insurer, where he managed hundreds of professional liability claims across all practice areas with settlement authority
